Head Makeup Artist Se-Chun Liu (Joanne) trained as a professional makeup artist and Hair stylist at London College Fashion and Lynn Beauty school in Taiwan. She was born in Taiwan (Republic of China), afterwards moved to London in 2009 and Currently based in London.

 

Se-Chun Liu ( Joanne) also specialises in chinese/oriental bridal makeup and hair. Being married in London, she understands how important to find a makeup artist who understands oriental features, skin tone, hair textures.
