Cancellations : 

Free Wedding Cancellations made by clients must be made at least 6 months before the wedding date. Please note that the 30% deposit is non-returnable if a cancellation is made within 6 months. Makeup cancellations made within 48 hours of the event date will incur a 20% fee of the chosen package in addition to the deposit. In the unlikely event that Joanne Liu Wedding has to cancel an appointment for any reason and a change of the date is not possible as for example in case of makeup on the wedding day then all monies paid in advance (trial fees and 30% deposit) will be refunded in full and we will help to look for an alternative makeup artist at a similar price.

The same will apply to a pre-wedding shoot although we would first try to reschedule the pre-wedding shoot day if possible.

Deposit : 

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is payable in advance of a wedding in order to secure the services of JoanneLiu Wedding. Wedding/event dates cannot be held open without a deposit. This deposit will be deducted from the final wedding/event price.

 

Payment : 

Payment for makeup services must be made by cash or bank transfer (by arrangement) and can be made in advance or on the day of the makeup trial. 30% deposit is taken in advance for all weddings booked. The remaining balance will be due 7 days prior to the wedding/event date, or as a cash payment on the day.

 

Setup Times : 

JoanneLiu Wedding will arrive at the client’s home or wedding/event venue at the pre-agreed time, allowing sufficient time to set-up and apply makeup to client(s).

 

Travelling Area and Charges : 

No charge within London zone 1 to zone 2. Distant weddings ( such as cities of outside London, other European countries) will have pre-agreed reasonable travelling charges.

 

Health and Safety : 

Should any members of the client's party become abusive, threatening, offensive and/or violent; we reserve the right to terminate the service without a refund.

For reasons of Health and Safety, we ask that clients and their party do not smoke during the makeup trial, make up lesson or makeup service.
